摘要
气郁作为现代人常见的病理状态可存在于机体各部,产生多种衍化病机,进而导致各类疾病的发生。在系统辨证脉学指导下,气机郁滞的不同部位以及随之产生各种性质的病理变化可通过相应脉象要素予以辨识。通过举证脉象要素的形式,明确气郁的脉象指征,归纳气郁共性脉象特征为郁动、缓、涩、短、凸、刚;针对气郁头颈、胸中、腰腹和下肢部位的寒、热、痰、瘀、虚等常见衍化病机予以具体脉象要素分析,揭示不同脉象所代表的气郁部位与常见衍化病机的含义;举例相应治法方药并附医案1则。以期为现代中医临床气郁的系统辨治提供参考。
As a common pathological state in modern people,qi depression can exist in various parts of the body,resulting in a variety of pathogenesis,which leads to the occurrence of various diseases.Under the guidance of systematic sphygmology for syndrome differentiation,the different locations of qi depression and the consequent pathological changes of various properties can be identified by the corresponding pulse elements.This paper clarified the pulse features of qi depression through evidence of pulse elements and summarized the common pulse features of qi depression as depressed movement,slowness,sluggishness,shortness,convexity,and rigidity.According to the common developed pathogenesis of qi depression in the head and neck,middle chest,waist and abdomen and lower limbs such as cold,heat,phlegm,blood stasis and deficiency,the specific pulse elements were analyzed to reveal the locations of qi depression and the meaning of the common developed pathogenesis.This paper gave a medical case as an example,listing the appropriate treatment methods,formulas and medication,so as to provide a reference for the systematic differentiation and treatment of qi depression in modern Chinese medicine.
