摘要
为探究挠度与模态对刚性接触网设计的影响以制定合理的刚性接触网设计准则,以中天山隧道模型为基础模型,利用有限元静力学分析和模态分析的方法,研究在刚性接触网不同结构位置选用不同跨距引起的挠度变化,并对时速160 km刚性接触网进行模态分析。分析结果表明,中间跨距应控制在8 m及以内,断口式关节处定位点间距应设置在3 m以下,贯通式关节处定位点间距设置在5 m以下。此外通过模态分析得出,接触网的固有频率在2.5~3.0 Hz范围,与接触力的频率相差较大,因此弓网振动不会引发共振问题。
In order to explore the influence of deflection on the design of rigid OCS,so as to formulate reasonable design criteria of rigid OCS,with the model of Zhongtianshan tunnel as the fundamental model,by application of static analysis and modal analysis of finite element method,studies are made for the deflection change caused by selection of different spans in different parts of rigid OCS,the modal analysis is also made for the rigid OCS with a speed of 160km/h.The results show that the middle span should be controlled as 8m or within 8 m,and the spacing of overlap section with should be set below 3m and the through joints below 5 m;In addition,the modal analysis shows that the natural frequency of catenary is between 2.5-3.0Hz and 3.0 Hz,which is quite different from the frequency of contact force,so the vibration of pantograph and catenary will not cause resonance problems.
