无人清洁船垃圾收集装置机械设计与分析

摘要 针对城市小型水域水面漂浮垃圾多、污染严重的现状,为解决水面垃圾高效清理问题,基于SolidWorks软件设计包括船体、垃圾聚拢装置和垃圾输送装置在内的无人清洁船垃圾收集装置。垃圾聚拢装置利用电动推杆控制拦网开合以及引导漂浮垃圾进入船体的中间通道,垃圾输送装置通过链传动带动打捞板将漂浮垃圾输送进垃圾筐。对无人清洁船垃圾收集装置进行运动分析,对关键零件进行有限元仿真分析,结果表明:垃圾收集装置结构合理且可行,为水面垃圾高效打捞以及无人清洁船在水面环保领域应用推广提供了一种行之有效的解决方案。 In view of the current situation of a large amount of floating garbage and severe pollution on the surface of small urban water bodies,in order to solve the problem of efficient cleaning of water surface garbage,it was designed based on SolidWorks software for an unmanned cleaning vessel garbage collection device,including the hull,garbage collection device,and garbage conveying device.The garbage collection device used an electric push rod to control the opening and closing of the blocking net and guide floating garbage into the middle channel of the ship.The garbage conveying device drived the salvage plate through chain transmission to transport the floating garbage into the garbage basket.Motion analysis was conducted on the garbage collection device of unmanned cleaning vessels,and finite element simulation analysis was conducted on key components.The analysis results show that the structure of the garbage collection device was reasonable and feasible,which provides an effective solution for efficient salvage of water surface garbage and the application and promotion of unmanned cleaning vessels in the field of water surface environmental protection.
