摘要
锂离子电池是目前储能电站应用最广泛的类型之一。储能电站一旦发生火灾蔓延迅速,易导致热失控,火灾危险系数较高。本文通过分析国内外针对储能电站发布的不同规范及标准,结合各类学术成果及设计案例。总结小型光伏配套锂离子电池储能电站的消防系统设计,从消防水量计算、安全性校验、系统布置要点、电池预制舱外消防给水、舱内自动灭火系统、二次冷却喷淋系统、火灾报警及消防器材布置等方面进行完整的方案介绍。对储能设施的间距布置、室外水量的核算、气体灭火及消防给水系统的设计提出了支撑性解释。
Energy storage fire accidents have occurred frequently,and lithium-ion batteries are currently one of the most widely used types in energy storage power stations.The fire in the energy storage power station spreads rapidly,which is easy to lead to thermal runaway and high fire risk coefficient.This paper analyzes the different codes and standards issued for energy storage power stations at home and abroad,and combines various academic achievements and design cases.Summarize the fire protection system design of small lithium-ion battery photovoltaic energy storage power station,and make a complete scheme introduction from fire water calculation,safety verification,system layout points,battery prefabricated outdoor fire water supply,in-cabin automatic fire extinguishing system,secondary cooling spray system,fire alarm and fire equipment layout.The supporting explanations are put forward for the spacing of energy storage facilities,the calculation of outdoor water volume,the operation of gas fire extinguishing and fire water supply system.It is expected to provide specific design reference for the fire protection system design of the new small lithium-ion battery photovoltaic energy storage power station.
