摘要
本文主要分析了将CAN总线应用于采用J1939规范的天然气发动机ECU的方法。通过对数据流的梳理和对J1939与485转换模块地址组态的分析,使得PLC系统可以通过485端口,直接将发动机的数据采集到程序中,再配合发动机的启停、调速等接线,对发动机形成一个有操作、有监控、有报警、有保护的完整的控制体系。
This paper mainly analyzes the application of CAN bus to the ECU of natural gas engine using J1939 specification.Through the combing of the data flow and the analysis of the address configuration of the J1939 and 485 conversion modules,the PLC system can directly collect the data of the engine into the program through the 485 port,and then cooperate with the start-stop,speed regulation and other wiring of the engine to form a complete control system with operation,monitoring,alarm and protection for the engine.
