摘要
本文围绕全国职业院校技能大赛“新材料智能生产与检测技术”赛项中的质量检测与职业素养模块,重点探讨了锂电池性能检测的相关内容及其在竞赛中的应用。研究主要聚焦于锂电池性能检测的常规试验、型号规格、容量性能参数解释、循环性能、充放电倍率与方式、检测流程及训练要点等方面。该模块通过锂电池性能检测的实践操作,考察选手的专业技能,培养其安全生产、质量管理等职业素养,对推动职业教育与产业发展深度融合具有重要意义。
This paper addresses the quality inspection and occupational quality module of the National Vocational College Skills Competition“Intelligent Production and Testing Technology of New Materials”,and focuses on the relevant content of lithium battery performance testing and its application in the competition.The research mainly focuses on the routine test of lithium battery performance testing,model specifications,interpretation of capacity performance parameters,cycle performance,charge and discharge rate and mode,testing process and training points.Through the practical operation of lithium battery performance testing,this module examines the professional skills of the contestants and cultivates their occupational qualities such as safety production and quality management,which is of great significance for promoting the deep integration of vocational education and industrial development.
