新工科背景下家校协同育人机制的构建探究

摘要 在分析育与高校教育的关系和家庭教育和高校教育协同育人现状的基础上,研究了家庭教育与高校教育在新工科背景下的关系及其协同育人机制,并提出了深化主体育人共识,统一协同促进大学生成长成才目标;优化资源平台建设,确保家校协同育人系统正常运转;建立评估反馈体系,保障家校协同育人工作行稳致远的协同育人机制.该研究结果可为构建有效的家校协同育人机制,培养适应新时代需求的新工科人才提供参考. Based on the analysis of the relationship between family education and university education and the current situation of collaborative education between family education and university education,this paper studied the relationship between family and school education in the context of the new engineering discipline and its collaborative education mechanism,and proposed the collaborative education mechanisms of deepening the consensus of the main educators,unifying the goal of collaborative promotion of the growth and success of college students;optimizing the construction of resource platforms to ensure the normal operation of the collaborative education system between family and school;establishing an evaluation and feedback system to guarantee the stability and long-term effectiveness of the collaborative education work between family and school.The research results can provide a reference for constructing an effective collaborative education mechanism between family and school and cultivating new engineering talents who adapt to the needs of the new era.
