摘要
在实际生产条件下,凹坑缺陷在内的各种缺陷会对臂架结构的承载力和稳定性产生十分重要的影响。因此借鉴单点扰动载荷法(SPLA)和多点扰动载荷法(MPLA)的思想,将凹坑缺陷引入全地面起重机伸缩臂架结构稳定性分析中,以分析凹坑缺陷对臂架稳定性的影响。结合ABAQUS和Python,先在臂架模型上创建不同位置的单点凹坑缺陷,再对其进行非线性屈曲分析,得到臂架稳定性受其不同位置影响的规律。多点凹坑缺陷的研究步骤相同,最后得到其不同个数和组合方式对臂架临界屈曲载荷的影响关系。
Since various defects,including pit defects,will have a very important impact on the bearing capacity and stability of the boom structure under actual production conditions,the idea of single point and multi-point disturbed load method is used to analyze the influence of pit defects on the stability of the telescopic boom structure of the all-terrain crane.Combined with ABAQUS and Python,the single point pitting defects at different positions were created on the boom model,and then the nonlinear buckling analysis was carried out to obtain the rule that the stability of the boom was affected by different positions.The research steps of multi-point pitting defects are the same,and the influence of different number and combination methods on the critical buckling load of the boom is obtained.
