摘要
为解决当前废旧铣刨料利用率较低、加热速率较慢、易二次老化、改性效果较差的技术难题,采用微波加热的方式,以基质沥青作为胶结料,添加沥青再生剂和再生沥青混合料改性剂制备再生沥青混合料。测试了其高温-水稳定性、低温性能和疲劳性能,并与苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)改性沥青混合料、常规热再生沥青混合料进行了对比。结果表明:微波加热再生沥青混合料的高温-水稳定性较为突出,低温性能和抗疲劳性能与SBS改性沥青(SBS-asphalt)混合料相当,且明显优于常规热再生沥青混合料。
In order to solve the technical problems of low utilization rate,slow heating rate,easy secondary aging,and poor modification effect of current waste milling materials,the article uses microwave heating to prepare recycled asphalt mixture using matrix asphalt as binder,adding asphalt regeneration agent and recycled asphalt mixture modifier.Its high-temperature water stability,low-temperature performance,and fatigue performance were tested,and compared with SBS modified asphalt mixture a comparison was made between conventional hot recycled asphalt mixtures.The results show that the high-temperature water stability of microwave heated recycled asphalt mixture is outstanding,and its low-temperature performance and fatigue resistance are comparable to SBS modified asphalt mixture,and significantly superior to conventional hot recycled asphalt mixture.
