废弃爆炸物和易制爆危险化学品处置研究

摘要 废弃爆炸物和易制爆危险化学品的安全处置是公共安全和社会稳定的重大课题。为提升废弃爆炸物和易制爆危险化学品处置过程的科学性,采用理论分析、数值模拟与试验研究相结合的方法,针对处置过程中涉及的危险状态判定、分类方法、危险程度评价、销毁方法及销毁安全等关键技术展开了研究,得到了基于废弃爆炸物和易制爆危险化学品性能现状的新分类方法,废弃爆炸物发生爆炸难易程度因素集和危险度评价体系,易制爆危险化学品危险等级确定方法和处置技术并形成了处置危害效应安全计算方法、防护技术和安全作业规范,设计构建了具有显著优势的巷道式废旧爆炸物品销毁场。研究成果有效保障了废弃爆炸物和易制爆危险化学品处置全过程的安全,对公共安全和社会稳定具有重要意义。 The safe disposal of waste explosives and prefabricated explosives is a significant concern for public security and social stability.To enhance the scientificity of the disposal process of waste explosives and prefabricated explosives,a method of combination theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,and experimental research is adopted to study key technologies involved in the disposal process,including hazardous state determination,classification methods,hazard evaluation,destruction methods,and destruction safety.New classification methods have been developed based on the current performance status of waste explosives and prefabricated explosives.Additionally,a factor set for the degree of difficulty of the explosion of waste explosives and an evaluation system for the degree of risk have been obtained.The method of determining the hazard level of prefabricated explosives and the corresponding disposal technology are obtained.The disposal of hazardous waste,including explosives,is a complex process that requires the use of safety calculation methods,protective technology,and safety practices.The design and construction of an alley-type field can provide a significant advantage in the destruction of waste explosives.The research results have effectively ensured the safety of the entire disposal process,which is of great significance to public safety and social stability.
