摘要 针对现在畜牧养殖的饲喂需求,结合国内相关饲喂技术及设备,提出一种适用规模化养殖场的饲喂技术,并设计了大规模畜牧养殖场可用的搅拌装置,实现饲喂物料的快速混合搅拌。通过Solidwords软件的应力分析和疲劳分析,确定机架强度满足整机工作要求。在试验过程中以投料车的搅拌轴转速、叶片螺距、行驶速度为影响因素,以投料合格率为考查指标,建立正交表进行正交试验。试验结果分析可知,影响因素主次顺序为搅拌轴转速、叶片螺距和行驶速度,通过单因素影响分析和正交试验得到最优组合数据为搅拌轴转速60 r/min,叶片螺距300 mm,行驶速度5 km/h,投料合格率最理想,为后续相关研究提供理论技术支持。 In view of the feeding demand of animal husbandry,combined with the relevant domestic feeding technology and equipment,a feeding technology suitable for large-scale farms was proposed,and a stirring device available for large-scale livestock farms was designed to realize the rapid mixing and stirring of feeding materials.Through the stress analysis and fatigue analysis of Solidwords software,the strength of the frame is determined to meet the working requirements of the whole machine.In the process of the test,the speed of the mixing shaft,the pitch of the blade and the driving speed of the feeding vehicle were taken as the influencing factors,and the feeding pass rate was used as the examination index,and the orthogonal table was established for the orthogonal test.Through the analysis of single factor influence analysis and orthogonal test,the optimal combination data were 60 r/min of stirring shaft,300 mm pitch of blades,5 km/h of driving speed,and the most ideal feeding pass rate,which provided theoretical support for subsequent related research.
