摘要
智能化农业机械系统的设计与优化是现代农业技术发展的重要方向,是推动农业可持续发展的主要技术支撑。该文基于智能化农业机械的背景和发展现状指出其在提高农业生产效率、减少劳动强度和优化资源利用方面的优势,系统阐述了智能化农业机械系统的核心组成部分,并分析了各部分的功能和相互协作的机制,针对目前智能农机发展存在的问题提出了基于数据分析与机器学习的优化方法,通过对农业生产数据的采集和分析,优化机械系统的工作参数,提高作业效率和产品质量。同时,探讨了物联网(IoT)和边缘计算在智能农业机械中的应用,强调了实时监控与远程控制的重要性,提出了可能的技术创新方向和应用前景。通过本研究,旨在为智能化农业机械系统的设计与优化提供理论基础和实践指导,促进农业机械化和智能化水平的提升,实现农业可持续发展。
The design and optimization of intelligent agricultural machinery system is an important direction for the development of modern agricultural technology,and it is the main technical support to promote the sustainable development of agriculture.Based on the background and development status of intelligent agricultural machinery,this article points out its advantages in improving agricultural production efficiency,reducing labor intensity and optimizing the use of resources,systematically describes the core components of the intelligent agricultural machinery system,and analyzes the functions of each part and the mechanism of mutual cooperation,and puts forward an optimization method based on data analysis and machine learning in response to the current problems of the development of intelligent agricultural machinery,and optimizes the working parameters of the machinery system to improve operational efficiency and improve the efficiency of agricultural production through the collection and analysis of agricultural production data.collection and analysis of agricultural production data,optimize the working parameters of the mechanical system,and improve the operational efficiency and product quality.At the same time,the application of Internet of Things(IoT)and edge computing in intelligent agricultural machinery is discussed,the importance of real-time monitoring and remote control is emphasized,and possible directions of technological innovation and application prospects are proposed.Through the research of this paper,we aim to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the design and optimization of intelligent agricultural machinery systems,promote the improvement of agricultural mechanization and intelligent level,and realize the sustainable development of modern agriculture.
