摘要
数控系统通过精确控制农机的运动和作业,可以实现高精度的播种、施肥和喷药等农业操作,作业精度能够达到厘米级,保证农作物的均匀生长和资源的高效利用。该文介绍了农机数控系统的基本原理和组成部分,详细分析了数控系统在精准农业中自动驾驶、精确播种、智能施肥和精准喷药等应用。通过对典型案例的分析,评估了数控系统在提高作业效率、节约资源、减少环境污染和提升农产品质量等方面的效果,并提出未来研究方向。研究表明,农机数控系统在精准农业中的应用具有显著的经济效益和生态效益,能够有效推动农业的可持续发展。
The CNC system can realize high-precision agricultural operations such as seeding,fertilizing and spraying by precisely controlling the movement and operation of agricultural machinery,and the operational precision can reach centimeter level,which ensures the uniform growth of crops and the efficient use of resources.This article firstly introduces the basic principles and components of agricultural machinery numerical control system,and analyzes in detail the application of numerical control system in precision agriculture,such as automatic driving,precise seeding,intelligent fertilizer application and precise spraying.Through the analysis of typical cases,the effect of CNC system in improving operational efficiency,saving resources,reducing environmental pollution and improving the quality of agricultural products is evaluated,and the future research direction is proposed.The study shows that the application of agricultural CNC system in precision agriculture has significant economic and ecological benefits,and can effectively promote the sustainable development of agriculture.
