摘要
随着制造业向数字化和智能化转型,CAXA软件作为一款集设计、加工和管理于一体的工程软件,能够有效提升零件加工的精度和效率。以典型轴类零件加工为案例,探讨CAXA制造工程师软件在零件加工中主要功能模块,包括三维建模、工艺规划和数控编程,通过具体实例,阐述如何利用CAXA软件进行加工路径的优化、刀具选择及切削参数的设定,从而实现高效、精准的曲面加工,并展望了其在未来智能制造中的发展潜力,讨论其如何帮助企业应对快速变化的市场需求,提升产品质量和生产灵活性,为制造业的可持续发展提供强有力的支持。
With the transformation of the manufacturing industry to digitalisation and intelligence,CAXA software,as a set of design,processing and management in one of the engineering software,can effectively improve the accuracy and efficiency of parts processing.Taking the machining of typical shaft components as a case study,we discuss the main functional modules of CAXA Manufacturing Engineer in complex surface parts machining,including 3D modelling,process planning and CNC programming,and through specific examples,we explain how to optimize the machining paths,tool selection and cutting parameter setting with CAXA software,so as to achieve efficient and accurate surface machining,and we also look forward to its intelligent manufacturing in the future.It also looks forward to its development potential in future intelligent manufacturing and discusses how it can help enterprises respond to rapidly changing market demands,improve product quality and production flexibility,and provide strong support for the sustainable development of the manufacturing industry.
