摘要
比亚迪热泵空调系统专为电动汽车设计,基于逆卡诺循环原理,利用极少的电能,从外部环境中吸收热能,然后将其转移到车厢内或电池系统中,以实现温度调节。该文以比亚迪纯电动汽车热泵空调系统为例,阐述了其热泵空调系统的结构组成和工作原理,分析了热泵空调系统常见故障类型和典型故障案例的原因与诊断思路,为新能源汽车热泵空调的维修提供技术参考。
BYD’s heat pump air-conditioning system is specifically designed for electric vehicles.Based on the principle of the reverse Carnot cycle,it utilizes minimal electric energy to absorb heat energy from the external environment and transfers it to the cabin or battery system,thus achieving temperature regulation.Taking BYD’s pure electric vehicle heat pump air-conditioning system as an example,this article elaborates on its structural composition and working principles.It also analyzes common types of heat pump air-conditioning system failures and the causes and diagnostic approaches of typical fault cases,providing a reference for maintenance personnel of heat pump air-conditioning systems in new energy vehicles.
