摘要
随着农业机械化的快速发展,农业机械在现代农业生产中的应用越来越广泛。然而,农业机械在高强度、复杂的作业环境中运行时,容易发生故障,影响农业生产的效率和经济效益。该文通过探讨农业机械故障预测与维修策略,阐述农业机械故障预测技术的基本原理和基于物理模型的预测方法、基于数据驱动的预测方法和混合预测方法,并结合传感器技术、物联网和大数据分析技术,实时监测农业机械的运行状态,分析故障模式和趋势,从而实现对故障的提前预测。根据故障的不同类型及其严重程度,讨论农业机械维修策略的分类和选择,主要包括预防性维修、预测性维修和纠正性维修等。通过分析故障预测与维修策略在农业机械中的应用效果提出未来研究方向和发展趋势。综合运用先进的预测与维修技术,构建智能化、自动化的农业机械维护管理系统,将是提高农业生产效率和保障农业机械稳定运行的重要途径。
With the rapid development of agricultural mechanization,agricultural machinery is more and more widely used in modern agricultural production.However,agricultural machinery is prone to failures when operating in high-intensity and complex operating environments,which affects the efficiency and economic benefits of agricultural production.In this paper,by discussing the failure prediction and maintenance strategy of agricultural machinery,we describe the basic principles of the failure prediction technology of agricultural machinery and the prediction methods based on physical models,based on data-driven prediction methods and hybrid prediction methods,and by combining the sensor technology,the Internet of Things(IoT)technology and the big data analysis technology,we can real-time monitor the operation status of agricultural machinery and analyze the failure modes and trends,so as to realize the early prediction of the failures.According to different types of failures and their severity,the classification and selection of agricultural machinery maintenance strategies are discussed,mainly including preventive maintenance,predictive maintenance and corrective maintenance strategies.The future research direction and development trend are proposed by analyzing the application effect of failure prediction and maintenance strategies in agricultural machinery.The comprehensive use of advanced prediction and maintenance technology to build an intelligent and automated agricultural machinery maintenance management system will be an important way to improve the efficiency of agricultural production and ensure the stable operation of agricultural machinery.
