摘要 随着现代农业的发展,农业机械电控系统的节能技术成为提高农业生产效率、降低能源消耗的重要手段。该文通过分析电机的高效控制、功率管理、智能传感器应用以及能量回收技术,结合多个实际应用案例,研究了这些节能技术在不同类型农业机械中的优化策略与实现路径。大量研究实例均表明,通过优化电控系统的设计和合理的节能策略,不仅可以大幅减少能源消耗,还能够提高设备的作业效率,延长机械寿命,降低维护成本。旨在为农业机械电控系统的设计与应用提供理论依据与实践参考,推动农业机械的可持续发展。 With the development of modern agriculture,the energy saving technology of the electronic control system of agricultural machinery has become an important means to improve the efficiency of agricultural production and reduce energy consumption.This paper analyses the high efficiency control of electric motor,power management,intelligent sensor application and energy recovery technology,and studies the optimization strategy and realization path of these energy-saving technologies in different types of agricultural machinery by combining a number of practical application cases,and a large number of research examples have shown that,through the optimization of the design of the electronic control system and the reasonable energy saving strategy,it can not only significantly reduce energy consumption,but also improve the equipment’s It can also improve the efficiency of the equipment,prolong the life of the machinery and reduce the maintenance cost.It aims to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the design and application of electronic control system of agricultural machinery,and to promote the sustainable development of agricultural machinery.
