摘要
岗赛课证融合是将职业岗位需求、赛事培训、证书认证和学科课程相整合,使教育更紧密地与行业需求对接,促使学生在学习过程中直接获得实际应用能力。该文以发动机构成与维修课程教学改革为案例,基于发动机的构成及其对维修人员的技能要求,探讨岗赛课证融合在教学中的应用方法与过程,通过对教学效果进行评估,结果表明,学生在岗赛课证融合模式下表现出更高的综合素养和实际操作水平。研究结果可以为发动机维修课程的教学改革提供有益的经验,丰富课程教学模式,为培养学生更符合职业需求的技能提供实质性的支持。
The integration of post race course certificate is to integrate the demand of vocational positions,event training and subject curriculum,so that education can be more closely aligned with the needs of the industry,and students can directly obtain practical application ability in the learning process.This paper takes the teaching reform of“Engine Composition and Maintenance”course as a case study,based on the composition of the engine and its skill requirements for maintenance personnel,discusses the application method and process of the integration of the post race class certificate in teaching again,and through the evaluation of the teaching effect results show that the students in the integration of the post race class certificate mode show a higher level of comprehensive literacy and practical operation level.The results of this paper can provide useful experience for the teaching reform of engine maintenance course,which not only enriches the teaching mode of the course,but also provides substantial support for cultivating students’skills more in line with the vocational needs.
