Comparative Analysis of Different Microbiological Testing Methods for Vaginal Secretions Detection of Patients with Candidal Vaginitis

目的对比在念珠菌性阴道炎患者阴道分泌物检查中采取不同微生物检验法的效果。方法选取2021年8月—2023年1月本院收治的90例疑似念珠菌性阴道炎患者为研究对象,采取培养法、常规镜检及阴道五联检法对其进行阴道分泌物检查,对比三种检查手段的阳性预测值、阴性预测值、准确率、特异度、灵敏度、误诊率、漏诊率。结果在90例念珠菌性阴道炎疑似患者中,确诊阳性80例,占比88.89%,其中阴道五联检法诊断准确率、灵敏度、特异度比常规镜检法、培养法更高(P<0.05);阴道五联检法阳性预测值、阴性预测值高于常规镜检法、培养法(P<0.05);阴道五联检法误诊率、漏诊率低于常规镜检法、培养法(P<0.05)。结论阴道五联检法在念珠菌性阴道炎患者诊断中的应用价值较高。

Objective To explore effectiveness of different microbiological testing methods in examination of vaginal secretions of patients with candidal vaginitis.Methods The paper chose 90 patients with suspected candidal vaginitis in our hospital for vaginal discharge examination with culture method,routine microscopy,and vaginal quintuple examination.Positive predictive value,negative predictive value,accuracy,specificity,sensitivity,misdiagnosis rate,and missed diagnosis rate of three examination methods were compared.Results Among 90 suspected patients with candidal vaginitis,80 cases were confirmed positive,accounting for 88.89%.Accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity of vaginal quintuple examination were statistically significant compared to routine microscopy and culture methods,(P<0.05).Positive and negative predictive values of vaginal quintuple examination were higher than routine microscopy and culture methods,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rates of vaginal quintuple examination were lower than routine microscopy and culture methods,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Vaginal quintuple examination can achieve higher application value for candidal vaginitis patients than other microbiological testing methods.
