神经肌肉电刺激与咽部冰刺激在脑梗死患者治疗中的应用效果及对吞咽障碍的影响

Application Exploration of Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation and Pharyngeal Ice Stimulation in Treatment of Stroke Patients and Effect on Swallowing Disorders

目的探究神经肌肉电刺激与咽部冰刺激在脑梗死治疗中的应用效果及对其吞咽障碍的影响。方法选取2021年6月—2023年6月在本院进行吞咽障碍治疗的脑梗死患者为研究对象,并随机将其分为对照组和实验组,每组42例。对照组采用神经肌肉电刺激治疗,实验组采用神经肌肉电刺激联合咽部冰刺激治疗,观察两组患者的吞咽功能、生活质量、治疗有效率。结果治疗前,两组各项指标情况对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组的吞咽功能优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的吞咽障碍生活质量指标高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论神经肌肉电刺激联合咽部冰刺激在脑梗死患者治疗中的效果显著,缓解了患者的临床症状,可加速患者康复进程,进而提高了患者的满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate effect of neuromuscular electrical stimulation and pharyngeal ice stimulation on swallowing disorders of stroke patients.Methods The paper chose 84 stroke patients with swallowing disorder treatment in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2023,and divided them into control group and experimental group randomly.Control group was treated with neuromuscular electrical stimulation treatment,while experimental group with neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with pharyngeal ice stimulation treatment.Swallowing function and nutritional status between two groups were observed.Results Before treatment,there was no difference between two groups.After treatment,swallowing function of experimental group was higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Life quality indicators of swallowing disorders in experimental group were higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Treatment effective rate of experimental group(90.00%)was higher than control group(74.00%),difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of neuromuscular electrical stimulation and pharyngeal ice stimulation can achieve significant curative effect,alleviate clinical symptoms,accelerate recovery process,and improve satisfaction degree of patients significantly,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
