多巴胺联合硝普钠持续静脉泵入治疗老年顽固性心衰的临床效果及对心功能的影响

Clinical Effect of Dopamine Combined with Sodium Nitroprusside Continuous Intravenous Infusion in Treatment of Elderly Refractory Heart Failure and Its Effect on Cardiac Function

目的探究多巴胺联合硝普钠持续静脉泵入治疗老年顽固性心衰的临床效果以及对心功能产生的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2023年1月本院收治的84例老年顽固性心衰患者为研究对象,采用奇偶分组法进行分组,将奇数编号设为对照组,偶数编号设为观察组,每组42例。观察组采用多巴胺联合硝普钠持续静脉泵入治疗,对照组采用地高辛治疗,对比治疗后两组的治疗有效率、心功能指标、血清Ang2、ST2、NT-proBNP水平以及基础指标变化情况。结果治疗后,观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组心功能指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清Ang2、ST2、NT-proBNP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组基础指标变化均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多巴胺联合硝普钠持续静脉泵入治疗心律失常的效果显著,可以改善心功能指标,调节血清Ang2、ST2、NT-proBNP水平,影响基础指标的变化,能够有效提高治疗成功率。

Objective to investigate the effect of continuous infusion of dopamine and sodium nitroprusside on cardiac function in elderly patients with refractory heart failure.Methods from January 2020 to January 2020,a total of 84 elderly patients with refractory heart failure were 2023,number them(1,2,3.84)according to the parity grouping method,the odd numbers(1,3,5...83)were used as the control group,even numbers(2,4,6...84)were used as observation group.The Observation Group(dopamine combined with sodium nitroprusside continuous intravenous pumping treatment)and the control group(digoxin treatment)were 42 cases each,the effective rate,cardiac function index,serum ANG2,ST2,NT-proBNP level and basic index were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05),cardiac function indicators of observation group were better than control group(P<0.05),serum levels of Ang2,ST2 and NT-proBNP in observation group were lower than control group,(P<0.05),changes in basic indicators in observation group were better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dopamine combined with continuous intravenous infusion of sodium nitroprusside can achieve significant curative effect for patients with arrhythmia,can improve cardiac function indicators,regulate serum Ang2,ST2,NT-proBNP levels,and influence changes in baseline indicators,which can improve success rate of treatment effectively.
