中西医结合治疗重症肺炎致呼吸衰竭的效果观察

Curative Effect Observation of Traditional Chinese Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment of Respiratory Failure Caused by Severe Pneumonia

目的观察对重症肺炎伴呼吸衰竭患者实行中西医联合治疗的效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月本院收治的40例重症肺炎伴呼吸衰竭患者为研究对象,随机将其分为参照组与干预组,每组20例。参照组采取常规西医治疗,干预组采取中西医联合治疗,对比组间治疗效果。结果治疗后,干预组中医症状评分较参照组更优(P<0.05);干预组血清炎症指标较参照组更低(P<0.05);干预组血气指标中氧分压较参照组更高,二氧化碳分压较参照组更低(P<0.05)。结论重症肺炎伴呼吸衰竭患者开展中西医联合治疗效果显著,能够促进症状恢复,改善血清炎症指标及血气指标,值得借鉴与应用。

Objective To observe specific curative effect of traditional Chinese combined with western medicine for patients with severe pneumonia and respiratory failure.Methods The paper chose 40 patients with severe pneumonia and respiratory failure in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 for study,and divided them into control group and intervention group randomly,with 20 cases in each group,treated with routine western medicine,combined western and Chinese medicine treatment respectively.Curative effect between groups was compared.Results Intervention group had better traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,lower serum inflammation indicators,higher oxygen partial pressure and lower carbon dioxide partial pressure in blood gas indicators than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine can achieve significant effect for patients with severe pneumonia and respiratory failure,can promote symptom recovery,improve serum inflammatory and blood gas indicators,which is worthy of reference and application.
