循环居家护理模式在冠心病患者中的应用效果

Application Effect Exploration of Circular Home Care Model for Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨循环居家护理模式在冠心病患者中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1月—2023年12月桂西地区300例冠心病患者为实验对象,依照不同的护理模式分为对照组和实验组,每组150例。对照组采用常规护理,实验组在对照组的基础上采用循环居家护理,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果实验组的护理依从率高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的各项指标优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的患者社会支持程度、自我效能感优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的自我护理能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组出现心功能不良事件的概率低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组护理后的情绪、睡眠质量评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循环居家护理模式干预冠心病患者,效果显著。

Objective To explore application effect of circular home care model for patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 300 patients with coronary heart disease in the western Guangxi region from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as experimental subjects and divided into a control group and an experimental group according to different nursing modes,with 150 patients in each group.The control group received routine care,while the experimental group received cyclic home care on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results Nursing compliance rate of 96.67%in experimental group was higher than 87.33%in control group,P<0.05.Social support scale,self-effect,and various disease indicators of experimental group were better than control group(P<0.05).Self-care ability scores of experimental group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse cardiac events in experimental group was 2.00%,lower than 12.00%in control group,P<0.05.After nursing,emotional and sleep quality scores of experimental group were better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Circular home care model can achieve significant effect on intervening patients with coronary heart disease.
