基于循证理论的精细化护理配合四手操作对牙髓炎行根管治疗患者舒适程度及并发症的影响

Effect of Evidence-based Refined Nursing Combined with Four Handed Operation on Comfort and Complications of Pulpitis Patients with Root Canal Treatment

目的探究基于循证理论的精细化护理配合四手操作对牙髓炎行根管治疗患者舒适度及并发症的影响。方法选取2022年7月—2023年6月本院收治的100例进行根管治疗牙髓炎的患者为研究对象,按照数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组50例。对照组采取常规护理,研究组采取基于循证护理理论的精细化护理配合四手操作。比较两组干预前、后的舒适度评分、疼痛感评分,统计并发症发生情况。结果干预后,两组的舒适度评分较干预前均显著提升,研究组的舒适度评分较对照组更高(P<0.05)。干预后,两组疼痛感评分较干预前均降低,研究组的疼痛感评分较对照组更低(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对行根管治疗的牙髓炎患者予以基于循证理论的精细化护理配合四手操作,可明显提升患者的舒适度并减轻疼痛感,减少并发症,护理效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To observe effect of evidence-based refined nursing combined with four handed operation on comfort level and complications of pulpitis patients with root canal treatment.Methods The paper chose 100 pulpitis patients with root canal therapy in Jiangmen City Stomatological Hospital from July 2022 to June 2023 as research subjects,and divided them into control group and study group with digital table method,with 50 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while study group with refined nursing based on evidence-based nursing theory combined with four handed operations.Comfort scores and pain scores were compared before and after intervention,incidence of complications was calculated.Results After intervention,comfort scores were significantly higher than before.Study group had higher scores than control group,pain scores were lower than before.Study group had lower scores than control group(P<0.05).Postoperative complication rate in study group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based refined nursing combined with four handed operation can improve comfort and reduce pains of pulpitis patients with root canal treatment significantly,with ideal results in reducing complications incidence.
