彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫瘢痕妊娠(CSP)临床价值的研究

Effect and Clinical Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Uterine Scar Pregnancy(CSP)

目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声在子宫瘢痕妊娠(cesarean scars pregnancy,CSP)诊断中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年2月—2023年7月广州市白云区妇幼保健院110例疑似子宫瘢痕妊娠患者,分别采取经腹部超声与经腹部联合经阴道超声检查,与病理检查结果对比,分析检查结果。结果 经腹部联合经阴道超声检查准确率及灵敏度较单纯经腹部超声检查高(P<0.05);而两种检查方法诊断灵敏度未见明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 彩色多普勒超声在子宫瘢痕妊娠诊断中应用价值较高,不仅可以清楚地显示子宫瘢痕部位、子宫形态等,同时可为疾病的诊断和治疗提供参考。

Objective To explore application effect of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of cesarean scar pregnancy(CSP).Methods The paper chose 110 suspected patients with uterine scar pregnancy in Guangzhou City Baiyun District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2021 to July 2023,treated with transabdominal ultrasound and transabdominal combined transvaginal ultrasound.Examination results were compared with pathological examination and analyzed.Results Accuracy and sensitivity of transabdominal combined transvaginal ultrasound examination were higher than transabdominal ultrasound examination only,(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in diagnostic sensitivity between two examination methods,(P>0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can achieve high application value in diagnosis of uterine scar pregnancy,can display location and morphology of uterine scars clearly,and provide reference for diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
