抗菌类西药的药理药性及合理应用分析

Pharmacological Properties and Rational Application Analysis of Antibacterial Western Medicine

目的 探析抗菌类西药的药理药性及合理应用情况。方法 采用2022年8月—2023年8月本院自拟抗菌类西药使用情况调查表对135例患者使用喹诺酮类抗菌药物的情况进行统计,并分析抗菌类西药在临床中的使用、不合理用药现象以及药物不良反应等情况。结果 在本次调查的135例使用喹诺酮类抗菌药物患者中,使用诺氟沙星者50例,使用率为37.04%,较其他同类抗菌药物的使用率明显偏高(P<0.05)。分析喹诺酮类抗菌药物在135例患者治疗中的使用情况可知,不合理用药者13例,约占9.63%;其中用药方法不当者7例,约占5.19%,较其他不合理用药情况的占比率明显偏高(P<0.05)。在135例患者中,出现不良反应者17例,不良反应的发生率为12.59%;不良反应表现为胃肠道不适者7例,约占5.19%,明显高于其他不良反应症状的发生率(P<0.05)。结论 在临床治疗中,抗菌类西药的使用率较高,不合理的使用率逐渐增多,临床为提高抗菌类西药的合理性使用,应充分掌握药物的药理药性,合理使用抗菌药,保障临床的疗效及安全。

Objective To explore pharmacological properties and rational application of antibacterial western medicine.Methods The paper investigated 135 patients with quinolone antibiotics from August 2022 to August 2023 with self-designed questionnaire of use of antibacterial western medicine,and analyzed clinical use,irrational use of antibiotics,and adverse drug reactions.Results There were 50 cases using norfloxacin among 135 cases with quinolone antibiotics,with usage rate of 37.04%,significantly higher than other similar antibiotics(P<0.05).Analysis of quinolone antibiotics use of 135 patients showed,there were 13 cases of irrational drug use,accounting for approximately 9.63%.There were 7 cases of improper medication methods,accounting for about 5.19%,significantly higher than other unreasonable medication situations,(P<0.05).There were 17 cases with adverse reactions among 135 patients,with incidence rate of 12.59%;7 cases with adverse reactions of gastrointestinal discomfort,accounting for approximately 5.19%,significantly higher than other symptoms,(P<0.05).Conclusion Antibacterial western medicine has relatively high usage rate in clinical treatment.Unreasonable usage rate has been gradually increasing,it is necessary to fully grasp pharmacological properties of medicine to improve rational use of antibacterial western medicine in clinical practice,and ensure clinical effect and safety.
