加味吴茱萸汤联合个体化心理干预治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床研究

Clinical Study on Combination of Modified Evodia Decoction and Individualized Psychological Intervention for Primary Dysmenorrhea Patients with Cold Coagulation and Stasis Type

目的 探讨寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经通过加味吴茱萸汤联合个体化心理干预的效果观察。方法 选取2023年9月—2024年3月本院接诊的80例寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经且月经规律的青少年女性作为研究对象,并按照随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。其中,对照组采用常规西医治疗,研究组采用加味吴茱萸汤联合个体化心理干预治疗,对照两组患者治疗后痛经中医证候评分、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、观察停药后3个月经周期的复发情况。结果 研究组疾病治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组VAS评分、疾病复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在针对寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的治疗过程中,实施加味吴茱萸汤与个体化心理干预相结合的疗法,取得了显著疗效。该方案不仅有效缓解患者痛经症状,同时亦明显降低了复发风险,证明了其在临床上的可靠性和实用性。

Objective To explore effect of modified evodia decoction combined with individualized psychological intervention on primary dysmenorrhea patients with cold coagulation and blood stasis type.Methods The paper chose 80 adolescent women with primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation stasis type and regular menstruation in our hospital from September 2023 to March 2024 as research subjects,and divided them into groups randomly,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine western medicine,while observation group with modified evodia decoction combined with individualized psychological intervention.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,visual analogue scores(VAS)were compared between two groups,and recurrence of menstrual cycles was observed after discontinuation of medication.Results Effective rate of disease treatment in study group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),VAS scores decreased,disease recurrence rate in study group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of modified evodia decoction and individualized psychological intervention can achieve significant effect on primary dysmenorrhea patients with cold coagulation and blood stasis type,which has low recurrence rate.
