骨折速愈汤联合手法复位夹板外固定治疗桡骨远端骨折临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Fracture Healing Decoction Combined with Manipulative Reduction and External Fixation with Splints for Distal Radius Fractures

目的 探讨骨折速愈汤联合手法复位夹板外固定治疗桡骨远端骨折临床效果。方法 将本院2020年1月—2023年1月收治的66例桡骨远端骨折患者作为研究对象,按照不同的治疗方法分为常规组和研究组,每组33例。其中,常规组实施手法复位夹板外固定,研究组采用骨折速愈汤联合手法复位夹板外固定治疗,对比两组患者中医证候积分、不良反应发生率。结果 研究组患者的临床疗效好于常规组(P<0.05)。研究组患者的中医证候积分情况优于常规组(P<0.05)。研究组患者的不良反应发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论 在桡骨远端骨折的治疗中,结合骨折速愈汤与手法复位夹板外固定的治疗手段,不仅显著改善了患者的临床体征,还有效减少了不良反应的发生,整体治疗效果显著,值得在临床中推广和应用。

Objective To explore clinical effect of combination of fracture healing decoction and manipulative reduction and external fixation with splints in treatment of distal radius fractures.Methods The paper chose 66 patients with distal radius fractures in our hospital from January 2020 to present as study subjects,and divided them into two groups according to different treatment methods,including routine group and research group,with 33 cases in each group,treated with manipulative reduction and external fixation with splints,combination of fracture healing soup and manipulative reduction and external fixation with splints respectively.TCM syndrome scores and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results Clinical effect of study group was better than control group,with significant difference in data and comparability(P<0.05).Swelling,pain,and limb weakness scores of study group after treatment were(1.15±0.17),(1.02±0.11),and(1.15±0.36)respectively,those of routine group were(2.25±0.25),(2.56±0.36)and(2.48±0.37)respectively.TCM syndrome scores of study group were better than routine group,with significant difference between data and comparability,(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions in study group was 9.09%,lower than 30.30%in control group.There was significant difference between data and comparability(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of fracture healing decoction and manipulative reduction and external fixation with splints can improve clinical symptoms,reduce incidence of adverse reactions of distal radius fractures,with significant final application effect,which is worthy of widespread promotion and application in clinical practice.
