精细化护理干预对阴道分娩产后出血患者的出血量影响分析

Effect Analysis of Refined Nursing Intervention on Bleeding Amount of Patients with Postpartum Hemorrhage After Vaginal Delivery

目的 探究阴道分娩产后出血患者应用精细化护理干预的临床效果及对患者出血量的影响。方法 选择2021年1月—2023年2月本院产科收治的经阴道分娩产后出血患者100例作为研究对象,并按照抽签法随机分两组,每组50例。其中,对照组行常规护理,观察组行精细化护理。比较两组产后出血情况、不良反应发生率、护理前后负性情绪得分、护理满意度。结果 观察组产后出血持续时间较对照组短,产后2h、6h、24h出血量均少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理后HAMA、HAMD得分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 阴道分娩产后出血护理中,实施精细化护理干预可改善患者负性情绪,减少出血量,降低不良反应率,并提高患者的护理满意度,值得推广。

Objective To explore clinical effect of refined nursing intervention on patient bleeding amount of postpartum hemorrhage patients after vaginal delivery.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with postpartum hemorrhage during vaginal delivery in our hospital from January 2021 to February 2023 as study subjects,and divided them into two groups randomly by drawing lots,with 50 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while observation group with refined nursing.Postpartum hemorrhage situation,incidence of adverse reactions,negative emotional scores,and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between two groups before and after nursing.Results Duration of postpartum hemorrhage in observation group was shorter than control group,with less bleeding at 2 hours,6 hours,and 24 hours postpartum than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).HAMA and HAMD scores of observation group after nursing were lower than control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction degree of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During postpartum hemorrhage nursing after vaginal delivery,refined nursing interventions can improve negative emotions,reduce bleeding amount,lower adverse reaction rates,and improve nursing satisfaction degree of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
