康复计划护理对甲状腺切除术后患者干预效果的研究

Intervention Effect Research of Rehabilitation Plan Nursing for Patients with Thyroidectomy

目的 研究康复计划护理对甲状腺切除术后患者干预效果。方法 选取2022年8月—2023年3月在本院行甲状腺切术患者64例为研究对象,并按照随机数字表法分为对照组(一般护理)与观察组(康复计划护理),每组32例,干预后,对比两组患者的应用效果。结果 观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组SDS及SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 针对甲状腺切除患者的术后护理,采取康复计划护理方案,能够显著改善患者的负面心理状态,有效减少不良反应的发生,进而提升护理工作的整体效能与患者满意度。此举不仅体现了康复计划护理在临床实践中的积极价值,也为优化术后护理流程、提升护理质量提供了有力支持,值得在临床领域进一步推广与应用。

Objective To observe and study intervention effect of rehabilitation plan nursing on postoperative nursing of patients with thyroidectomy.Methods The paper chose 64 patients with thyroidectomy from August 2022 to March 2023,and divided them into control group(treated with general nursing)and observation group(with rehabilitation plan nursing)with random number table method.Application effect was compared between two groups.Results Incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).SDS and SAS scores of observation group were lower than control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Observation group had higher nursing satisfaction degree than control group(P<0.05).Observation group had higher life quality scores than control group(P<0.05).Pain scores of observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation plan nursing can effectively improve negative psychological emotions,reduce incidence of adverse reactions,improve nursing quality and satisfaction degree of patients with thyroidectomy,which has high application value and can be promoted in clinical practice further.
