摘要
目前,直线加速器是临床上非常常用的医疗设备,主要用于肿瘤患者的放射治疗,其不仅具有较强的稳定性及较高的剂量率,而且副作用比较轻微,能显著缩短照射时间。然而,直线加速器由于体积大、结构复杂,对特殊操作的精度要求高,且易受温度等外部环境的影响,造成各种缺陷,影响其使用。为确保放射治疗的效果,应定期对直线加速器进行故障分析,以确定常见故障的发生和原因,并及时进行维护,延长直线加速器设备的使用寿命。因此,本文件总结了直线加速器经常出现的常见故障,包括精度、磨损、运行控制系统、通信等多种故障。同时,以Trilogy为例进行了故障分析,仅供同行参考。
Currently,linear accelerators are commonly used medical equipment for radiation therapy of cancer patients mainly in clinical practice,which have strong stability and high dose rate,relatively mild side effect,can shorten irradiation time significantly.However,due to large size,complicated structure,high precision requirements for special operations,and susceptibility to external environmental factors of temperature and etc,linear accelerators may have various defects and application may be affected.To ensure effect of radiation therapy,it is necessary to carry out regular fault analysis for linear accelerators to determine occurrence and causes of common faults,and maintain them timely to extend the service life.Therefore,the paper summarizes common faults of linear accelerators,including precision,wear,operation control system,communication,and other faults,and carried out fault analysis with example of Trilogy for reference by peers.
