上臂袖带法血压测量坐位与卧位比较研究

摘要 目的 评估上臂袖带法测量血压中采取坐位与卧位对血压测量结果的影响。方法 选取2023年1月-2023年8月纳入的测量血压者200例作为观察对象,其中,100例患者为正常血压,100例患者为高血压,所有患者均采取上臂袖带法测量,分别在坐位、卧位评价高血压及正常血压群体的血压变化。结果 组间对比,正常组坐位、卧位收缩压低于高压组(P<0.05);组内对比,高压组、正常组坐位与卧位体位收缩压对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。组间对比,正常组坐位及卧位舒张压低于高压组(P<0.05);组内对比,正常组、高压组自坐位及卧位体位舒张压对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 两组受检者坐位与卧位,通过上臂袖带法测量所得的收缩压并无显著差异,然而,坐位时的舒张压水平相较于卧位时略高。 Objective To evaluate the effect of sitting and lying positions on blood pressure measurement with upper arm cuff method.Methods The paper chose 200 blood pressure measurement subjects from January 2023 to August 2023 for observation,100 cases with normal blood pressure and 100 cases with hypertension.All cases were measured blood pressure with upper arm cuff method,blood pressure changes of hypertension and normal blood pressure groups were evaluated with sitting and lying positions.Results Systolic blood pressure of the normal group with sitting and lying positions was lower than the hypertension group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in systolic blood pressure between the hypertension group and the normal group with sitting and lying positions between two groups,(P>0.05).Comparison between groups showed,Diastolic blood pressure of the normal group was lower than the hypertension group with sitting and lying positions,(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in diastolic blood pressure between the normal group and the hypertension group with sitting and lying positions(P<0.05).Conclusion There was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure with upper arm cuff method between two groups of subjects with sitting and lying positions.However,diastolic blood pressure level with sitting position was slightly higher than lying position.
