肺功能检查在老年性哮喘与慢性阻塞性肺疾病鉴别诊断中的应用价值分析

Application Value Analysis of Pulmonary Function Detection in Differential Diagnosis of Elderly Patients with Asthma and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的 探究老年性慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)、哮喘症状予以肺功能检查的兼备价值。方法 选取2021年1月—2023年1月本院接诊的COPD患者、哮喘患者各40例参与分析,入组患者均进行肺功能检查,分析两组患者肺功能指标、肺弥散指标、支气管舒张试验结果。结果 哮喘组患者肺功能指标比COPD组肺功能指标更高(P<0.05)。哮喘组DLco指标、DLco/VA高于COPD组(P<0.05)。哮喘组支气管舒张试验阳性率比COPD组阳性率更高(P<0.05)。结论 相较于哮喘患者,COPD患者的肺功能受损程度更为严重。临床肺功能检查能够为不同疾病的诊断提供依据,有助于医生掌握疾病的进展状况,并实施针对性的治疗以保障患者的健康,在临床中的应用具有重要价值。

Objective To explore combined value of pulmonary function detection for elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and asthma symptoms.Methods The paper chose 40 COPD patients and 40 asthma patients in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 for analysis,treated with pulmonary function detection.Result of pulmonary function indicators,pulmonary diffusion indicators,and bronchodilation detection were analyzed between two groups.Results Pulmonary function indicators in asthma group were higher than COPD group,with P<0.05.The DLco index and DLco/VA in asthma group was higher than COPD group,with P<0.05.Positive rate of bronchial dilation detection in asthma group(80.00%)was higher than COPD group(37.50%),difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion COPD patients have more severe pulmonary function damage under pulmonary function detection than asthma patients.Clinical detection can provide basis for diagnosis of different diseases,facilitate doctors to grasp disease progression,and provide targeted treatment to ensure health of patients,which is worth clinical application.
