体验式培训教学对临床带教老师教学质量的影响

摘要 目的 探析运用体验式培训教学对我院临床带教老师教学质量的影响。方法 选取本院2021年的35名中医带教老师纳入对照组(常规培训教学),选取2022年的35名中医带教老师纳入观察组(体验式培训教学)。对两组中医带教老师分别施以差异化的培训教学,并对不同教学模式下的教学质量进行评估与对比分析。结果 观察组的理论知识、实操技能评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的带教质量比对照组更优(P<0.05)。结论 在中医临床带教中,应用体验式培训教学模式,可有效提高中医临床带教老师基础理论知识与实践操作能力的教学水平,提升整体教学质量。 Objective To explore teaching effect of experiential training on clinical teaching teachers in our hospital.Methods The paper chose 35 TCM teaching teachers in our hospital in 2021 as control group(treated with regular training teaching),and 35 TCM teaching teachers in 2022 as observation group(with experiential training teaching).Teaching quality and effect evaluation was compared between two groups of TCM teaching teachers with different training and teaching modes for intervention.Results Theoretical knowledge and practical skills scores of observation group were significantly higher than control group,with statistical difference between the groups(P<0.05).Teaching quality of observation group was better than control group,with statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion During clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine,experiential training teaching mode can improve teaching level of basic theoretical knowledge and practical operation ability of TCM clinical teaching teachers effectively,and enhance overall teaching quality.
