基于全支持系统的心灵关怀联合饮食干预在维持性血液透析患者中的应用

Application of Psycho-spiritual Care Combined with Dietary Intervention Based on a Comprehensive Support System in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

目的 探讨基于全支持系统的心灵关怀联合饮食干预对维持性血液透析患者的生活质量及心理状态的影响。方法 选择2023年2月—2024年1月在本院接受维持性血液透析的80例患者,随机分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。其中,对照组接受常规治疗,观察组在此基础上接受基于全支持系统的心灵关怀联合饮食干预,为期3个月。采用生活质量评分(KDQOL-36)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估干预前后患者的生活质量及心理状况。结果 干预3个月后,观察组KDQOL-36评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于全支持系统的心灵关怀联合饮食干预可显著改善维持性血液透析患者的生活质量,缓解其焦虑和抑郁情绪。

Objective This study aims to explore the effects of psycho-spiritual care combined with dietary intervention,based on a comprehensive support system,on the quality of life and psychological status of patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.Methods Eighty patients receiving maintenance hemodialysis from February 2023 to January 2024 were randomly divided into an observation group(40 patients)and a control group(40 patients).The control group received standard treatment,while the observation group received additional psycho-spiritual care and dietary interventions based on a comprehensive support system for three months.Quality of life and psychological status were assessed using the Kidney Disease Quality of Life Short Form(KDQOL-36),the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),and the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)before and after the intervention.Results After three months of intervention,the observation group's KDQOL-36 scores were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and their scores on the SAS and SDS were significantly lower(P<0.05).Specific data included KDQOL-36 scores for the observation group versus for the control group;SAS scores for the observation group versus for the control group;SDS scores for the observation group versus for the control group.Conclusion Psycho-spiritual care combined with dietary intervention based on a comprehensive support system can significantly improve the quality of life and alleviate anxiety and depression in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.
