摘要
目的 探讨3C全程优质护理模式对消毒供应中心器械管理质量的影响。方法 选取2020年6月—2021年6月南京市胸科医院消毒供应中心100件器械作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组50件。其中,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用3C全程优质护理,比较两组的管理质量、操作人员能力及临床满意度。结果 观察组的器械清洗率、包装合格率、及时发放率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组操作人员在理论知识评分与操作技能评分上高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组在临床满意度上高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 3C全程优质护理在增进消毒供应中心设备管理的效能方面发挥了重要作用,同时增强操作人员的专业知识与实践能力,进而增进临床对其的认可度。
Objective To study the effect of poisoning after eating poisonous mushrooms.Methods 40 patients from 2022 to 2023.Among them,the routine nursing group(n=20)performed general nursing,and the optimized emergency nursing intervention group(n=20)optimized the emergency nursing intervention.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After 6d of care,the WHOQOL-BREF score in the optimized emergency care intervention group was higher than that in the usual care group(P<0.05).After 6d of nursing,the health knowledge score and coordination score of the emergency care intervention group were optimized,which was higher than that of the usual care group(P<0.05).After 6d of care,the SAS score in the optimized emergency care intervention group was lower than that in the usual care group(P<0.05).The rehabilitation time in the emergency care intervention group was shorter than the usual care group(P<0.05).Higher clinical care satisfaction rate in the optimized emergency care intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusion Optimizing emergency nursing intervention after eating poisonous mushrooms,the effect is better.
