儿童龋齿预防与家庭口腔卫生习惯的关系

The Relationship between Prevention of Dental Caries in Children and Family Oral Hygiene Habits

目的目的研究家庭口腔卫生习惯对预防儿童蛀牙的影响。方法方法采集46名儿童分成两组,观察组的介入是改良后的家庭口腔保健习惯,对照组则是现有的保健习惯。通过比较两组儿童在干预前后的刷牙频率,健康习惯形成情况,以及口腔卫生知识的自觉性,并对比两组干预前后蛀牙和牙龈炎的发生率。结果结果两组在刷牙率,健康习惯,口腔卫生知识自觉性上都有显著的提升,具有统计学上的显著性。尤其是观察组在干预后,儿童刷牙频率、健康习惯形成及口腔卫生知识的了解率均达到90%以上。同时,观察组儿童在干预后的龋齿发生率和牙龈炎发生率均低于对照组,但除牙龈炎发生率外,两组间差异尚无统计学意义。结论改进的家庭口腔卫生习惯对儿童龋齿和牙龈炎的预防有积极影响,推动良好的家庭口腔卫生习惯形成,是有效预防儿童龋齿的重要方式。

Objective To investigate the effect of family oral hygiene habits on the prevention of tooth decay in children.Method 46 chil-dren were collected and divided into two groups.The intervention in the observation group was based on improved family oral health habits,while the control group was based on existing health habits.By comparing the frequency of brushing teeth,the formation of healthy habits,and the awareness of oral hygiene knowledge between two groups of children before and after intervention,and comparing the incidence of tooth decay and gingivitis between the two groups before and after intervention.Result Both groups showed significant improvements in brushing rate,healthy habits,and awareness of oral hygiene knowledge,with statistical significance.Especially in the observation group,after intervention,the frequency of children brushing their teeth,the formation of healthy habits,and the understanding rate of oral hygiene knowledge all reached over 90%.Meanwhile,the incidence of dental caries and gingivitis in the observation group of children after interven-tion was lower than that in the control group,but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups except for the inci-dence of gingivitis.Conclusion Improved family oral hygiene habits have a positive impact on the prevention of dental caries and gingivitis in children.Promoting the formation of good family oral hygiene habits is an important way to effectively prevent dental caries in children.
