摘要
防冻液是汽车常用的保养维护用品,大部分产品是乙二醇型,性状与水类似,无色、无臭、有甜味,可能会误服出现中毒问题。如果发生防冻液中毒,有较大可能会造成肾衰竭等并发症,甚至引发死亡。2021年9月12日我院收治一例防冻液中毒患者,经过及时的床旁血液滤过治疗后患者转危为安,病情恢复稳定。现将该患者的诊疗过程叙述如下。
Antifreeze is a commonly used maintenance product for automobiles.Most products are ethylene glycol type,which has a similar appearance to water,colorless,odorless,and sweet taste.It may cause poisoning problems if ingested by mistake.If antifreeze poisoning occurs,it is highly likely to cause complications such as kidney failure and even death.On September 12,2021,a patient with antifreeze poisoning was admitted to our hospital.After timely bedside blood filtration treatment,the patient's condition improved and stabilized.The diagnosis and treatment process of the patient is described as follows.
