语言治疗对脑瘫儿童语言障碍治疗效果及语言发育水平影响分析

Analysis of the Therapeutic Effect of Language Therapy on Language Disorders and Language Development Level in Children with Cerebral Palsy

目的目的剖析语言治疗于脑瘫儿童语言障碍的施治成效及对其语言发育层级的作用。方法方法面向64例脑瘫儿童实施治疗行动,分别设置对照组(32例采用常规康复治疗)和探析组(32例对照组基础上采用语言治疗),之后对两组的治疗成果进行考量。结果结果探析组在治疗效果明显高于对照组,经统计学分析,P<0.05。治疗前,两组儿童的语言发育水平比较,经统计学分析,无差异,P>0.05。治疗后,探析组儿童的语言发育水平明显高于对照组,经统计学分析,P<0.05。结论结论语言治疗可显著提高脑瘫儿童的语言发育水平,改善其语言障碍,治疗效果显著。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of language therapy on language disorders in children with cerebral palsy and its impact on their language development levels.Method Treatment actions were implemented for 64 children with cerebral palsy,and a con-trol group(32 cases received conventional rehabilitation treatment)and an exploration group(32 cases received language therapy on the basis of the control group)were set up.The treatment outcomes of the two groups were then considered.Result The treatment effect of the exploration group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical analysis showing P<0.05.Before treatment,the lan-guage development levels of the two groups of children were compared and statistically analyzed,with no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the language development level of the children in the exploration group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical analysis showing P<0.05.Conclusion Language therapy can significantly improve the language development level of children with cerebral palsy,improve their language barriers,and achieve significant therapeutic effects.
