The Application Value of Early Functional Exercise Combined with Clinical Pathway Nursing in Endoscopic Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation Patients

近几年来我国社会不断发展,生活逐渐快节奏化,导致人们生活及工作等方面压力增加,因此在日常生活中,不健康生活习惯普遍存在,尤其是一些职业病的存在,导致腰椎间盘突出症发病率不断提高。腰椎间盘突出症主要由椎间盘退变、髓核组织突出等压迫脊髓或神经导致腰背部疼痛、下肢功能障碍,因此可对患者的机体健康及日常生活造成影响。手术治疗是腰椎间盘突出症患者首选治疗方式,以往常见的开放式手术对机体造成的创伤较大,因此随着微创医疗技术的出现,脊柱内镜治疗逐渐被应用于腰椎间盘突出症中。在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中,虽脊柱内镜治疗具有手术创伤小、术中出血量少及术后恢复快等优点,但作为侵入性治疗方式,仍可对患者术后康复造成一定程度的影响。甚至,若患者术后康复状态不佳,可导致肢体功能障碍,使其独立能力丧失。早期功能锻炼及临床路径护理均是临床较为常见的护理措施,可有助于患者术后肢体功能恢复,并促进疾病康复,但以往多为单独应用,针对联合应用在行脊柱内镜治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者护理中的效果还存在一定争议。本文现针对早期功能锻炼联合临床路径护理在腰椎间盘突出症患者脊柱内镜治疗中的应用价值进行分析,旨在为临床实践提供理论依据。

In recent years,with the continuous development of our society,life has gradually become fast paced,which has led to the increase of pressure in people's life and work.Therefore,in daily life,unhealthy living habits are widespread,especially the existence of some occupational diseases,which has led to the continuous increase of the incidence rate of lumbar disc herniation.Lumbar disc herniation is mainly caused by intervertebral disc degeneration,protrusion of nucleus pulposus tissue,and compression of the spinal cord or nerves,leading to lower back pain and lower limb dysfunction.Therefore,it can have an impact on the patient's physical health and daily life.Surgi-cal treatment is the preferred treatment for patients with lumbar disc herniation.In the past,common open surgery caused significant trauma to the body.Therefore,with the emergence of minimally invasive medical technology,spinal endoscopic treatment has gradually been applied to lumbar disc herniation.In the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,although endoscopic treatment of the spine has the advantages of minimal surgical trauma,less intraoperative bleeding,and faster postoperative recovery,as an invasive treatment method,it can still have a certain degree of impact on the patient's postoperative recovery.Even if the patient's postoperative recovery is poor,it can lead to limb dysfunction and loss of independence.Early functional exercise and clinical pathway nursing are common nursing measures in clinical practice,which can help patients recover limb function after surgery and promote disease recovery.However,in the past,they were mostly used alone,and there is still some controversy over the effectiveness of combined use in the care of patients with lumbar disc herniation treated with spinal endoscopy.This article analyzes the application value of early functional exercise combined with clinical pathway nursing in the endoscopic treatment of lumbar disc herniation patients,aiming to provide theoretical basis for clinical practice.
