门诊静脉采血病人采取综合护理对穿刺成功率的提升效果

The Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Improving the Success Rate of Puncture in Outpatient Venous Blood Collection Patients

目的目的探究门诊静脉采血病人行综合护理能否提高穿刺成功率,并为类似研究提供借鉴。方法方法以我院门诊收治的200例门诊静脉采血病人为对象,均为2023年10月-2024年10月期间收治,依据红篮球数字法将其随机分成两组,其中对照组采血病人采取常规护理、观察组采血病人采取综合护理,对比两组患者穿刺成功率。结果结果观察组门诊病人采血效率、穿刺成功率、不良事件发生率等与对照组对比,数据对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论结论门诊静脉采血病人采取综合护理,提高门诊采血效率,显著提高一次穿刺成功率,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To explore whether comprehensive nursing for outpatient venous blood collection patients can improve the success rate of puncture and provide reference for similar studies.Method 200 outpatient venous blood collection patients admitted to our hospital from October 2023 to October 2024 were selected as the subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups based on the red basketball number method.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing care.The suc-cess rates of puncture were compared between the two groups.Result The observation group showed significant differences in blood collec-tion efficiency,puncture success rate,and incidence of adverse events compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehen-sive nursing care is adopted for outpatient venous blood collection patients to improve the efficiency of outpatient blood collection,signifi-cantly increase the success rate of one-time puncture,and have clinical promotion value.
