基于HEART沟通模式的个性化干预在急性白血病患者中的应用效果

Application effect of personalized intervention based on HEART communication model in patients with acute leukemia

目的探讨基于HEART沟通模式的个性化干预在急性白血病患者中的应用效果。方法根据干预方式的不同将87例急性白血病患者分为观察组(n=52)和对照组(n=35),对照组患者接受常规干预,观察组患者在对照组的基础上接受基于HEART沟通模式的个性化干预。比较两组患者的负性情绪[汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)]、生活质量[生活质量综合评定问卷-74(GQOLI-74)]、治疗依从性、满意度及不良反应发生情况。结果干预后,两组患者HAMA、HAMD评分均低于本组干预前,GQOLI-74各维度评分均高于本组干预前,观察组患者HAMA、HAMD评分均低于对照组,GQOLI-74各维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。观察组患者的治疗总依从率、总满意度均高于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论基于HEART沟通模式的个性化干预应用于急性白血病患者,能够改善患者的负性情绪,提高患者的生活质量、治疗依从性和满意度,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective To explore the application effect of personalized intervention based on HEART communication model in patients with acute leukemia.Method According to different intervention methods,87 patients with acute leukemia were divided into observation group(n=52)and control group(n=35).The control group received routine intervention,and the observation group received personalized intervention based on HEART communication model on the basis of the control group.The negative emotions[Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)],quality of life[generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74)],treatment compliance,satisfaction and incidence of ad-verse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result After intervention,the scores of HAMA and HAMD in both groups were lower than those before intervention,the dimensional scores of GQOLI-74 were higher than those before intervention,the scores of HAMA and HAMD in observation group were lower than those in control group,the dimensional scores of GQOLI-74 were higher than those in control group,and the differences statistically significant(P<0.05).The total treatment compliance rate and total satisfaction rate in observation group were higher than those in control group,the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in control group,and the differences statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of personalized intervention based on HEART communication model in acute leukemia patients can improve patients’negative emotion,quality of life,treatment compliance,satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
