摘要
目的探索中成药辅助治疗微血管心绞痛的有效性和安全性。方法检索Cochrane图书馆、Embase、Medline、中国知网、万方和中国科学期刊数据库建库至2022年5月31日期间关于中成药治疗微血管心绞痛的相关文献,语言限制为英文和中文。使用Revman 5.3对提取的数据进行统计分析。结果最终纳入16篇文献,包括1760例患者和14种中成药。结果表明,中成药联合西药与单独应用西药相比,在临床有效率[RR=1.30,95%CI(1.18,1.44),P<0.00001],心电图改善率[RR=1.17,95%CI(1.05,1.29),P<0.00001],心绞痛发生频率[MD=-2.33,95%CI(-2.50,-2.16),P<0.00001],以及超敏C反应蛋白[MD=-1.22,95%CI(-2.06,-0.39),P<0.004]方面,有较好的治疗效果,且实验组不良反应并未增加。结论中成药联合西药治疗微血管心绞痛有更好的疗效,可以减轻微血管心绞痛的症状和心绞痛发生的频率,并且不会增加不良反应。
Objective This paper aims to examine the efficacy and safety of Chinese patent medicines in the treatment of microvascular angina.Methods The Cochrane Library,Embase,Medline,Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang,and Chinese Scientific Journals databases were searched from inception to May 31,2022 to acquire relevant clinical studies.The publication languages were restricted to English and Chinese.RevMan 5.3 was used to perform the statistical analysis of the extracted data.Results Sixteen studies were included,involving 1760 patients and 14 kinds of Chinese patent medicine.The results demonstrated that compared with western medicine alone,Chinese patent medicine combined with western medicine had the clinical effective rate[RR=1.30,95%CI(1.18,1.44),P<0.00001],improvement rate of electrocardiograph(ECG)[RR=1.17,95%CI(1.05,1.29),P<0.00001],frequency of angina[MD=-2.33,95%CI(-2.50,-2.16),P<0.00001],and hypersensitive C-reactive protein[MD=-1.22,95%CI(-2.06,-0.39),P<0.004],indicating a good therapeutic effect.In addition,the adverse reactions did not increase in the experimental group.Conclusion Chinese patent medicine combined with western medicine has a favorable effect on patients with microvascular angina.It can improve the clinical symptoms of microvascular angina and reduce the frequency of angina pectoris without increasing adverse reactions.
