李氏化滞汤治疗脾虚气滞型慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者的疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Huazhi Decoction in Treating Patients with Spleen Deficiency and Qi Stagnation-Type Chronic Non-Atrophic Gastritis

目的探究李氏化滞汤治疗脾虚气滞型慢性非萎缩性胃炎(Chronic non-atrophic gastritis,CNAG)患者的临床疗效。方法选取2022年5月—2023年5月期间鄂尔多斯市中医医院李氏中医传承工作室及脾胃病门诊收治的66例脾虚气滞型CNAG患者,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,每组各33例。治疗组给予李氏化滞汤方治疗;对照组给予枳术宽中胶囊、奥美拉唑胶囊、胃铋镁颗粒治疗。治疗3个月后,观察比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后中医证候积分、胃镜积分、病理积分。结果治疗后两组患者中医证候积分评分均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组中医证候胸闷不畅、少气懒言、嗳气、呃逆、大便溏的证候积分评分均较对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者胃镜积分、病理积分均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组胃镜积分、病理积分均较对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组临床总有效率80.00%(24/30)明显高于对照组66.67%(20/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论李氏化滞汤治疗脾虚气滞型CNAG可有效提高临床疗效。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Li′s Huazhi decoction in treating patients with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation-type chronic non-atrophic gastritis(CNAG).Methods A total of 66 patients with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation-type CNAG,treated at Li′s Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Studio and the Department of Spleen and Gastroenterology at Ordos Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2022 to May 2023,were selected for this study.Patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 33 patients in each group.The treatment group received Li′s Huazhi decoction,while the control group received Zhishu Kuanzhong capsules.After three months of treatment,clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom scores,gastroscopy scores,and pathology scores before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Following treatment,both groups showed significant reductions in TCM symptom scores compared to pre-treatment levels,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);TCM symptom scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Both gastroscopy scores and pathological scores were significantly reduced post-treatment in both groups,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the treatment group′s scores were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The overall clinical efficacy rate in the treatment group was 80.00%(24/30),significantly higher than 66.67%(20/30)in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Li′s Huazhi decoction is effective in enhancing clinical outcomes for patients with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation-type CNAG.
