临床医学专业本科生临床思维的培养研究

摘要 临床医学作为保障人民健康的重要学科,在医疗行业持续发展和进步的今天,国家和社会对于该领域的专业人才需求持续增长。临床思维作为临床医学专业人才所必需的核心素养,其在本科生教育阶段的培养显得尤为关键。文章以临床医学专业本科生临床思维培养为研究核心,详细阐述了临床思维的定义、特征及其在医学教育中的重要性,全面剖析了当前临床思维的培养现状与面临的挑战。通过对国内外相关文献的系统回顾和分析,文章总结了临床思维培养的主要问题,如实践机会不足、教学方法单一、评估体系不完善等。针对上述问题,文章提出了一系列创新性和针对性的培养策略,包括增加临床实践机会、加强案例教学、完善评估体系等,旨在为我国临床医学教育改革提供有益的理论支持与实践借鉴,推动临床医学教育的长远发展,提高临床医学专业本科生的综合素质和临床思维能力。 Clinical medicine,as a crucial discipline for safeguarding public health,has seen a significant increase in the demand for professional talents in this field amid the continuous development and progress of the healthcare industry.Clinical thinking,as a core competency essential for clinical medicine professionals,becomes particularly critical in the undergraduate education stage.This paper focuses on the cultivation of clinical thinking among undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine,elaborating on the definition,characteristics,and importance of clinical thinking in medical education.It comprehensively analyzes the current status and challenges of clinical thinking cultivation.Through a systematic review and analysis of relevant domestic and international literature,this paper summarizes the main issues in clinical thinking cultivation,such as insufficient practical opportunities,monotonous teaching methods,and imperfect evaluation systems.In response to these issues,this paper proposes a series of innovative and targeted cultivation strategies,including increasing clinical practice opportunities,enhancing casebased learning,and improving evaluation systems,aims to provide valuable theoretical support and practical references for the reform of clinical medical education in China,promoting the long-term development of clinical medical education and enhancing the comprehensive quality and clinical thinking ability of undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine.
