摘要
目的探讨基于互联网背景下,应用多学科协作(multi-disciplinary team,MDT)模式联合案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)在临床教学中的价值及效果。方法选取2022年6月—2022年12月嘉兴学院附属医院的120名实习医学生作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为联合组(互联网+MDT+CBL教学法)和对照组(大纲系统授教法),各60名。比较2组教学法的教学效果、学生的临床考核成绩和教学满意度。结果联合组学生的教学法总评分为(164.58±10.91)分,以及各项评分均高于对照组[总分(125.24±11.89)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组的基础理论知识总分为(85.80±5.12)分、临床技能实践操作总分为(87.64±3.05)分,均高于对照组[(75.45±5.23)分、(76.35±4.66)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组学生的教学情况满意度总评分为(91.39±2.44)分,以及各项评分均高于对照组[总分(74.25±5.28)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在互联网背景下将MDT模式联合CBL教学法引入学生到临床教学的应用效果显著,有助于学生快速建立临床思维,提高学生的学业成绩、综合素质和实践能力。
Objective To explore the value and effect of multi-disciplinary team(MDT)teaching mode combined with case-based learning(CBL)teaching method in clinical teaching under the background of the Internet.Methods From June 2022 to December 2022,a total of 120 medical interns from the Affiliated Hospital of Jiaxing University were selected as research objects,and they were divided into combined group(Internet+MDT+CBL teaching method)and control group(outline system teaching mode)by random number table method,60 students in each group.The teaching effect,clinical assessment performance and teaching satisfaction of students of the two groups of teaching modes were compared.Results In the combined group,the total score of teaching mode was(164.58±10.91)points and each grand scores were higher than those of the control group[total score(125.24±11.89)points],the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of basic theoretical knowledge was(85.80±5.12)points,the total score of clinical skills was(87.64±3.05)points of combined group,which were higher than those of the control group[(75.45±5.23)points,(76.35±4.66)points],the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the combined group,the total score of teaching satisfaction was(91.39±2.44)points and each grand scores were higher than those of the control group[total score(74.25±5.28)points],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In context of the Internet,the application of MDT teaching mode combined with CBL into students to clinical teaching is remarkable,which is conducive to the rapid establishment of students’clinical thinking and the improvement of students’academic performance,comprehensive quality and practical ability.
