摘要
目的探讨本科室的责任护士作为标准化病人在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科的教学及考核中的应用。方法选取2021—2022年在本院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科见习的福建医科大学临床医学系本科五年制学生110人为研究对象,其中选取2018级60名学生为试验组,选取2017级50名学生为对照组,试验组进行责任护士标准化病人教学,对照组进行传统教学方法教学。出科时对比2组学生的理论考试成绩,并且通过问卷调查试验组学生的实践教学效果以及2组学生对教学的满意度。结果试验组学生理论考试平均成绩为(92.23±3.16)分,高于对照组的(85.37±2.24)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。试验组学生对教学满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。问卷调查显示在激发学生问诊查体兴趣、增加学生理解与记忆、提高实践能力、增强语言表达能力、提高沟通能力、回答患者问题能力6方面,85%以上的学生都认为有帮助,90%的学生对这种教学方式感到满意,医学生和带教老师对责任护士扮演的标准化病人的认可度相当高,并且评分一致。结论由本科室责任护士作为标准化病人可有效提高耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学的临床教学和考核质量,以及学生对教学的满意度,对耳鼻咽喉头颈外科实习教学质量的提高有较大意义。
Objective To explore the application of the responsible nurse as a standardized patient in the teaching and assessment of otolaryngology-head and neck surgery.Methods A total of 110 five-year undergraduate students of the department of clinical medicine of Fujian Medical University who were probationers in the department of otolaryngology-head and neck surgery of Fujian Medical University from 2021 to 2022 were selected as the research objects.Among them,60 students of the 2018 grade were selected as the experimental group,and 50 students of the 2017 grade were selected as the control group.The experimental group was given SP teaching by responsible nurses.The control group was taught by traditional methods.The theoretical test scores of the two groups of students were compared at the time of discharge,and the practical teaching effect of the students in the experimental group and the satisfaction of the two groups were investigated through questionnaires.Results The average score of theoretical examination in the experimental group was(92.23±3.16)points,which was higher than(85.37±2.24)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The teaching satisfaction of experimental group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).The questionnaire survey showed that more than 85%of students found it helpful to stimulate students'interest in physical examination,increase students'understanding and memory,improve practical ability,enhance language expression ability,improve communication ability,and answer patients'questions,and 90%of students were satisfied with this teaching method.Conclusion The nurse in charge of the department of otolaryngology-head and neck surgery as SP can effectively improve the clinical teaching and assessment quality of otolaryngology-head and neck surgery,and the students'satisfaction with teaching is of great significance to the improvement of the teaching quality of otolaryngology-head and neck surgery practice.
