四年制医学检验技术专业实践教学模式的探讨

Discussion on the Practice Teaching Mode of Four-Year Medical Laboratory Technology Majors

为解决现阶段医学检验技术专业实践教学过程中存在的问题,提高教学质量,适应学生的发展需求,现对山西医科大学检验学系的实践教学模式进行了思考和改进。利用现有的实践教学课程设计,结合“互联网+教育”背景下衍生出的新型教学资源,采取混合教学模式,推出了“线上模拟+线下实践”的实践教学模式。旨在通过线上模拟实验的方式,让学生在理论学习阶段就能够对专业知识有更深入地理解和应用。而在线下实践环节中,学生可以通过实际操作来提升自己的专业技能,增强理论知识与实际操作之间的联系。新的这种实践教学模式不仅可以帮助学生更好地掌握专业知识,提升专业技能,还可以培养学生的批判思维,提高人才培养质量,为人才的培养贡献力量。

In order to solve the problems existing in the practical teaching of medical laboratory technology specialty at the present stage,improve the teaching quality and meet the development needs of students,the practical teaching mode of the department of laboratory medicine of Shanxi Medical University is considered and improved.Using the existing practical teaching curriculum design,combined with the new teaching resources derived from the background of"Internet+education",adopting the mixed teaching mode,a practical teaching mode of"online simulation+offline practice"is introduced.The purpose is to enable students to have a deeper understanding and application of professional knowledge in the theoretical learning stage through online simulation experiments.In the offline practice,students can improve their professional skills through practical operation,and enhance the connection between theoretical knowledge and practical operation.The new practical teaching mode can not only help students better master professional knowledge and improve professional skills,but also cultivate students'critical thinking,improve the quality of talent training,and contribute to the cultivation of talents.
