美托洛尔与厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪联合治疗老年心力衰竭的效果研究

Study on the Efficacy of Metoprolol Combined with Irbesartan and Hydrochlorothiazide in the Treatment of Elderly Heart Failure

目的探讨老年心力衰竭患者采用美托洛尔与厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪(IHT)联合治疗取得的效果。方法选取2022年1月-12月本院收治的104例老年心力衰竭患者,按照随机数字表进行分组。对照组(52例)采用美托洛尔治疗,研究组(52例)在此基础上联用IHT治疗。针对两组临床疗效、心功能指标、脑钠肽(BNP)水平、明尼苏达心功能不全生命质量量表(MLHFQ)评分,以及药物不良反应(ADR)进行比较。结果总有效率评价显示,与对照组结果相比,研究组结果更高(P<0.05)。治疗前左心室收缩末期内径、左室舒张末期内径、左室射血分数评价显示,两组结果无差异性(P>0.05);治疗12周后,与对照组指标相比,研究组左室射血分数更高(P<0.05),左室舒张末期内径、左心室收缩末期内径更低(P<0.05)。治疗12周后,与对照组指标相比,研究组BNP水平与MLHFQ评分更低(P<0.05)。ADR发生率评价显示,两组结果无差异性(P>0.05)。结论老年心力衰竭患者采用美托洛尔与IHT联合治疗效果确切,可以改善心功能与BNP水平,保障生活质量,安全性佳。

Objective To explore the effects of combined treatment with metoprolol and irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide(IHT)on elderly patients with heart failure.Methods A total of 104 elderly heart failure patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected and grouped using a random number table.The control group(52 patients)was treated with metoprolol,while the study group(52 patients)was treated with IHT in addition to metoprolol.Compare the clinical efficacy,cardiac function indicators,BNP levels,MLHFQ scores,and ADR between two groups.Results The total effective rate evaluation showed that compared with the control group,the study group had higher results(P<0.05).The evaluation of various cardiac function indicators before treatment showed no difference between the two groups(P>0.05);After 12 weeks of treatment,compared with the control group,the study group had a higher left ventricular ejection fraction(P<0.05),and lower left ventricular end diastolic diameter and left ventricular end systolic diameter(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,compared with the control group,the BNP level and MLHFQ score in the study group were lower(P<0.05).The evaluation of ADR incidence showed no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The combined treatment of metoprolol and IHT in elderly heart failure patients has a definite effect,can improve heart function and BNP levels,ensure quality of life,and is safe.
