肺康复锻炼对肺炎支原体肺炎患儿肺功能的改善作用分析

Analysis of the Effect of Pulmonary Rehabilitation Exercises on the Improvement of Pulmonary Function with Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia

目的探讨肺康复锻炼对肺炎支原体肺炎患儿肺功能的改善作用。方法随机选择2023年6月-12月厦门市妇幼保健院进行治疗的200例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿作为本次研究对象。通过随机数字表法分组,对照组(100例)予以常规干预,观察组(100例)予以肺康复锻炼干预。比较两组干预有效率,干预前后生活质量及肺部诊断情况、咳嗽咳痰持续时间、肺部啰音消失时间及住院时间。结果比较干预总有效率,观察组较对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家属满意度中的基础护理、人文关怀、心理护理、健康宣教各项评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组干预后FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC较对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组相较对照组,咳嗽咳痰持续时间、肺部啰音消失时间及住院时间,均得到改善(P<0.05)。结论肺康复锻炼对肺炎支原体肺炎患儿效果较好,缩短咳嗽咳痰持续时间、肺部啰音消失时间及住院时间,提升生活质量,利于病症好转。

Objective To investigate the effect of pulmonary rehabilitation on the improvement of lung function in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Methods A total of 200 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia who were treated in the Women’s and Children’s Hospital of Xiamen University/Xiamen Maternal and Child Health Hospital were randomly selected as the subjects of this study,and the time range was from June 2023 to December 2023.The efficacy of the intervention was compared between the two groups,the quality of life before and after the intervention,the diagnosis of the lungs,the duration of cough and sputum production,the time of disappearance of pulmonary rales and the length of hospital stay.Results The total effective rate of the intervention was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of physical activity,psychological activity,social ability and material living status were improved in the observation group(P<0.05).After intervention,the range of pneumonia in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the amount of fluid was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the duration of cough and sputum production,the time of disappearance of pulmonary rales and the length of hospital stay were improved in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusions Pulmonary rehabilitation exercise has a significant effect on children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,shortening the duration of cough and sputum,the time of disappearance of pulmonary rales and the length of hospitalization,improving the quality of life,and facilitating the improvement of symptoms.
